Introducing the return of A Space to Breathe and Grieve – the network for staff grief and bereavement support! 
In 2024, we're reigniting our mission to provide a compassionate space for those navigating the challenging journey of loss. As we re-launch our network, we want to hear from you: 
  • What kind of support would make this community truly meaningful for you? 
  • Are you seeking empathetic shoulders to lean on? 
  • Would you like a safe platform for sharing your thoughts and emotions? 
  • Do you want to explore mindful coping strategies?
Together, let's transform pain into healing, loneliness into connection and vulnerability into strength. Because in this space, it's not just about grieving; it's about embracing hope and finding solace in one another.
We are planning to meet one Tuesday lunchtime a month in Room 101 of the Pastoral and Spiritual Support (PSS) Centre, 1 Kirkby Terrace.
