Microsoft 365 comes with a video feature that allows you to upload and store videos.
Delve helps you discover information that is relevant to you across Office 365. It shows you documents no matter where they are stored in OneDrive for Business or Plymouth University sites*.

What you see in Delve when you start out will be very limited. When you and your colleagues view, edit and share documents Delve learns and displays tailored information for you on your personalised home page. Delve helps you find what is relevant to you.
As part of Office 365 you also get a profile page. You can also view your colleagues profile pages and edit your own.
Please note Office 365 profile is separate from your Personal Professional Page.
A Delve app is also available for iOS and Android.

Sway is a digital storytelling app. It allows uses to combine text and media to create an online presentation. You can include content from OneDrive, images, YouTube and Facebook.

Microsoft forms allow you to create forms and quizzes. Collected data can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
Data are stored on servers located in the USA, so make yourself aware of your data protection responsibilities before collecting personal information.
Office 365 Teams are chat based workspaces which allow you to collaborate with colleagues on meetings, notes and attachments. You can be a member of multiple teams, and create channels within teams to allow you to separate streams of conversation from each other.
You can even keep track of information kept in project management systems, such as Trello, Hootsuite and GitHub.
Teams has not yet been activated in Office 365.
Planner is an Office 365 tool that allows you to schedule and assign work and tasks to group members, and track progress to completion. It also integrates with other Office 365 apps like OneNote, Outlook and SharePoint.
