Bronze and Silver en suite rooms are available to book in Astor House through the University of Plymouth. Please note: these rooms are only available for a 41-week licence.
Room type – Bronze en suite (58):
  • Cost: £142 per week. Total annual rent: £5,822 (for a 41-week licence).
  • Floor size: approximately 12–13m².
  • Bed size: ¾ double bed with under-bed storage.
  • Facilities: wardrobe, cupboards, drawers, desk, desk chair, notice board, shelving, en suite bathroom with shower.
  • Number of flatmates: either six or nine students per flat.
Room type – Silver en suite (4):
  • Cost: £159 per week. Total annual rent: £6,519 (for a 41-week licence).
  • Floor size: approximately 14–15m².
  • Bed size: ¾ double bed with under bed storage.
  • Facilities: wardrobe, cupboards, drawers, desk, desk chair, notice board, shelving, en suite bathroom with shower.
  • Number of flatmates: either six or nine students per flat.

Rooms in off-campus halls of residence are accredited under Accreditation Network UK (ANUK). These halls of residence are part of the 'good practice' network, providing reassurance that the accommodation is safe, well managed and supportive of residents. ANUK accreditation is assessed by an independent verifier and compliance is periodically tested.
